Raleigh anti-environment legislators are attempting to rollback hundreds of state conservation and pollution rules since the legislative session convened in January. Last month, with almost no public notice, legislators announced public hearings across the state to hear from the public about “overly burdensome rules.”

The good news is that at six public hearings across the state people overwhelmingly opposed the rollbacks of our strong state protections for clean air, clean water, and our natural areas.
