Join River\/creek Lovers from Haw River and Friends of Bolin Creek and other watersheds for live music, local crafts, and delicious food at one of the most interesting destinations in our area.<\/p>\n
Have you been to beautiful Saxapahaw?\u00a0 It’s only 20 minutes west of Chapel Hill.\u00a0 See this map<\/a> and read about Saxapahaw in this NYT article.<\/a> The festival stage is at the Saxapahaw Farmers’ Market, which is across the street and up the hill from the General Store.<\/p>\n The Festival features watershed issues and Friends of Bolin Creek will do a stream table demonstration.\u00a0 (Thanks Betsy Kempter and Susan Sandford). There will be canoe rides for kids, and music later in the new ballroom.
